VENDOR INFORMATION

For anyone interested in being a vendor at any of the Hamilton Diecast Association shows, we have included some critical information for your benefit.

Booking Table Space:

Tables are 6 ft long and approx 30" wide. All tables are sold on a first come first serve basis, with first right of refusal given to previous show vendors. Have a few table location choices in mind before you book your space as some tables may already be pre-sold. Space at our shows tends to fill up quickly so please do not wait to book your table.

We do have some capacity for overflow in the event we are at capacity, But, please call to confirm availability prior to any show.

Tables are $50 each and payable by e-transfer or in cash prior to the payment deadline. Deadline for payment is the Saturday two weeks prior to the show. 

If your setup includes any shelving or pegboard, you will be restricted to the outer ring of tables.

Cancellations:

We require all vendors to pre-pay for table(s) or booth(s) at any and all of our shows. Pre-paying for your table(s) or booth(s) provides a two way guarantee. 1. It’s our guarantee to you that you have space at the show to sell your products. 2. It’s your guarantee to us that you will show up.


By purchasing your tables you agree to the following refund policy:
IF, you are unable or fail to show up on the show date for whatever reason, you forfeit your table(s) or booth(s) fee. To qualify for
table refund, it is the vendors responsibility to provide a minimum of 7 days notice of cancellation prior to the show date is required by phone (905-971-3825) Please be sure you are able to fulfill your commitment to the show date before you book your table(s) or booth(s).

 

In the event of the show being cancelled or postponed, all tables fees will be applied to the next available show date.
 

Show Hours: 10 am - 3 pm.  

Vendor Setup: 7:00 - 9:00 (day of show) Teardown 3 pm
